Designate a champion and explain the process

Build a holistic understanding of and confidence in the process. Drive home the importance of the champion role to the success of the implementation.

Understand the theoretical value and map out relevancy
  • Build an understanding of the platform.
  • Build motivation for investing time.
  • Uncover where the current (implicit or explicit) team playbook is lacking to inform information type adoption priorities.
Experiment with insight types

Decide on adoption. Identify roles expected to contribute to different insight types.

Establish incentives and performance metrics
