I know which skills are needed in order to perform the work properly

I know what behavior is acceptable and and not, and am able review the details whenever I forget

I have access to high quality tools and checklists which help me to the work correctly

I learned early the steps involved in the onboarding process

I have a good overview of what I am expected to know and how much of it I know so far

Coworkers and other stakeholders know how far along I am towards full operativity

Scalable

The onboarding process does not depend on specific key people in the organization

I would be comfortable onboarding a new person if it was required of me

The onboarding process is highly self-serve (not dependent on existing people in the organization administering it)

Improvable

My impressions of the onboarding were systematically collected as a part of the process itself

I understand how the onboarding process is administered and how it can be improved

I could easily make small adjustments/improvements to the onboarding process myself
