Indicators of people who are not working out are:
- People who struggle to align with and practice our values and policies
- People who seem unable to improve their performance or abilities after having been made explicitly aware of their shortcomings on multiple occasions.
- People who have proven to be disloyal or acted in a way which actively contradicts the interest of the organization
